Why We’ve Implemented Consultation Call Charges
Due to a significant rise in detailed client enquiries, we now charge for calls exceeding 15 minutes. This ensures we maintain our high standards of service while dedicating time to thorough explanations and client support.
Pricing Structure
- Existing Clients: For discussions not related to monthly reports, the consultation fee is £65 for a one-hour call. Prices vary for different services.
- New Clients: Your first consultation call is on us! It’s absolutely free. Subsequent consultation calls are priced at £85 per hour. However, once you sign a contract with us, the rate is reduced to £65 per hour, aligning with our existing client rate. Prices vary for different services.
Booking & Payment Procedure
- Scheduling: All calls can be easily scheduled via email. This allows clients to select a date and time slot that’s convenient for them.
- Payment: Payment for the call is required when booking the scheduled time. If payment is not received, the consultation will be cancelled automatically.
Terms and conditions are found on the booking page and agreed to upon booking your time slot.
NOTE: We value every opportunity to connect with our clients and continue to welcome calls. However, to ensure efficiency and respect for both our and your time, standard calls are now limited to 15 minutes, depending on the subject. For in-depth discussions requiring detailed explanations, please pre-book an extended consultation. We’re committed to providing the best service, and this ensures that every call is productive and beneficial.
