Cloud Hosting

We believe hosting a website should be a simple matter.

You need peace of mind that your data is backed up and secure for an affordable price.

Cloud web hosting provides for all these concerns and this is standard for all our hosting packages. All our hosting is kept in the UK, provides a highly reputable service, is completely cloud-based and fully supported.

Free daily backups

We take multiple snapshots of your website so, if you accidentally delete a file or directory, or need a version of file from last week, we can restore it for you.

Cloud technology

Our truly unique Cloud platform is clustered over multiple servers and offers high performance, resilience, reliability and flexibility. This means that should there be a hardware failure, your site will continue running without disruption.

Flexible Email

All our hosting packages let you access your email in any way you choose, from your PC, mobile and via a webmail interface with a choice of three leading programs to suit your needs.

Technical Support backed up with an SLA

Our technical support team endeavour to fix problems as soon as they occur*. We operate an alert service which notifies our staff on their mobile devices the moment an issue is detected. *(Contractually we agree to respond to support requests during office hours only).

Escalation process

The nature of problem-solving is such that we cannot estimate or guarantee how long a problem will take to fix, we can only promise to apply an increasing amount of resource and urgency to solving the issue. Part of this is to provide within the SLA a guide to our escalation process and how we define severity.

Buy with Confidence

We are proud to be an approved member of the Buy with Confidence Scheme provided by Trading Standards Partnership SW which was awarded to us because of our excellence in customer service and business processes. So you know we are serious about support.
